1Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout all clauses and schedules:

• "Platform" means the wnibet website at https://wnibet.cam and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces, APIs, or services operated by wnibet.
• "Account" means the personal registered account held by a User on the Platform.
• "User" / "Player" / "you" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or places a wager via the Platform.
• "Services" means the sports betting, live casino, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), bandar bola (football betting markets), and any other wagering products made available on the Platform from time to time.
• "Funds" / "Balance" means the monetary balance held in a User's Account denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive granted by wnibet to a User subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and document-verification process required before withdrawal or as otherwise triggered by our compliance procedures.
• "Applicable Laws" means all laws, statutes, regulations, and regulatory guidance applicable to wnibet's operations under its international gaming licence.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction where access to or use of the Platform would be unlawful. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their jurisdiction permits online gambling.

2Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any of the Services. wnibet operates a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. We may request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be suspended immediately, with any funds held pending a compliance review. This age restriction applies regardless of the legal age of majority in any particular Indonesian province or region.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

wnibet primarily serves players who are residents of Indonesia, including but not limited to residents of Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Bali, Semarang, Makassar, Palembang, and all other Indonesian cities and provinces. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not expressly prohibited for individuals;
• You are not accessing the Platform through VPN, proxy, or other masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• You accept full personal responsibility for assessing the legality of online gambling in your specific location.

2.3 Capacity and Competence

You confirm that you possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you, that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party, and that the funds used to wager are legitimately yours and free from any criminal or fraudulent origin.

3Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of wnibet Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details for payment purposes. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. wnibet reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any associated balances or bonuses where this policy is breached. If you lose access to your Account, please contact our support team rather than creating a new one.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. wnibet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify wnibet immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of our compliance obligations, wnibet may require you to complete a KYC verification process before processing your first withdrawal or at any subsequent point. This process may require you to submit copies of a valid government-issued ID (Indonesian national ID card / KTP, passport, or SIM), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

wnibet supports a comprehensive range of Indonesian payment methods to ensure seamless fund management. Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and popular e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit amounts and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change. As a general guideline, minimum deposits start from Rp 25,000. Specific limits may vary by payment method, account tier, and promotional period. wnibet reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

wnibet endeavors to process withdrawal requests within an average of five (5) minutes for verified accounts. Processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified Account details. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

wnibet maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with international standards. We reserve the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited into your Account and to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of any AML review. Funds that cannot be satisfactorily verified may be frozen and reported to relevant authorities.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

wnibet offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific bonus terms prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements") before the bonus amount or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x" means you must wager the bonus amount thirty times). Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements; slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a reduced rate.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

wnibet operates a strict policy against bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, colluding with other players to clear wagering requirements, or any other conduct that wnibet reasonably determines to be an abuse of our promotional system. Where bonus abuse is detected, wnibet reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Account concerned.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period as specified in the individual promotion's terms. Bonuses and associated winnings that have not been claimed or whose wagering requirements have not been met within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited. wnibet is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms communicated at the time the bonus was granted.

5.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

wnibet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account prior to the effective date of the change, provided that the Player continues to meet the applicable eligibility criteria.

6Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Wagers

All bets placed on the wnibet Platform are final and binding once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your selections before confirming any wager. wnibet will not accept claims for the cancellation or amendment of bets placed in error except in circumstances where a manifest error has occurred on the part of wnibet. Sports betting markets covered include bandar bola (football betting across BRI Liga 1 and international leagues), Asian handicap markets, over/under totals, mix parlay accumulators, and various other market types.

6.2 Void Bets and Cancellations

wnibet reserves the right to void any wager in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors (palpable errors), match abandonment or postponement beyond specified thresholds, evidence of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns, or technical faults that result in incorrect odds being displayed. In such circumstances, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account balance.

6.3 Maximum Payout Limits

Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per Player. These limits are displayed within the Platform and are subject to change. Any winnings that exceed the applicable maximum payout limit will be reduced to that limit, and wnibet's liability will not exceed it under any circumstances.

6.4 Live / In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are offered on a wide range of sporting events. wnibet reserves the right to suspend or close any live market at any time. Bets accepted during a temporary suspension will remain valid unless they are subject to a void condition outlined in clause 6.2. Delays in live data transmission may affect the timeliness of odds updates; wnibet accepts no liability for bets placed on the basis of stale or delayed market information.

7Responsible Gaming

wnibet is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a suite of player-protection tools accessible through your Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality-check reminders, and self-exclusion options. We encourage all players to use these tools to maintain healthy gaming habits.

8Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership

All content on the wnibet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of wnibet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

8.2 Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to: resell or commercially exploit any Platform content; collect or harvest any personal data or information from the Platform; or reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written consent of wnibet.

8.3 Trademarks

The wnibet name, logo, and all related marks, designs, and slogans are registered or unregistered trademarks of wnibet. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any of wnibet's trademarks, service marks, or trade names without the prior written consent of wnibet.

9Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

wnibet endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, force majeure events, or factors beyond our reasonable control. wnibet shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by Platform downtime.

9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, wnibet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services, even if wnibet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.3 Cap on Liability

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, wnibet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10Privacy

Your privacy is of paramount importance to wnibet. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of the agreement between you and wnibet. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy carefully before registering an Account.

In summary, wnibet collects personal and financial data solely for the purposes of account administration, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. We do not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. All data is stored on encrypted servers with access restricted to authorized personnel only.

11Suspension & Termination

11.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance (net of any pending bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC obligations.

11.2 Suspension by wnibet

wnibet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; provision of false or misleading registration information; suspected fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing; abusive conduct toward staff or other players; or use of cheating software or prohibited betting strategies.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account for breach, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances may be returned subject to a full compliance review. Termination of your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of termination.

12Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under which wnibet holds its international gaming licence. wnibet operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and adheres to the regulatory standards of its licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause is intended to limit your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence. wnibet recognises that Indonesian players retain certain statutory protections under Indonesian consumer protection legislation, and these Terms do not seek to exclude or restrict those rights to the extent that they cannot lawfully be excluded.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure may be referred to the independent dispute resolution body designated by wnibet's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available from our customer support team upon request.

13Amendments

wnibet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an email to the address registered on your Account. The updated Terms will display the revised effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with clause 11.1. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
